Push the restart button on your entire subconscious mind...
I personally wouldn't go as far as saying the whole concept is "obsolete"... although I must admit that there's clearly far more nuance to the story than what you're usually told.
Actually, I've honestly NEVER seen anyone explain so clearly how your subconscious mind *REALLY* works (unlike you've ever been told)...
... and how RIGHT NOW you can literally FLING OPEN the doors of your "mind's prison". (<-- a prison that most people don't even realize they're in!)
I strongly urge you to go watch this entire video series now, and discover how you can use this technique to literally push the 'restart' button on your entire subconscious mind:
(It's free for you to watch!)
This goes far beyond the prevailing 'Law of Attraction'-hype, wishful thinking, and the downright shameless lies you sometimes run into.
And it *completely* changes how you think about yourself AND your life... igniting within you a new internal drive to BE more, SHINE more, ATTRACT more, GIVE more, and ACCOMPLISH more.
Say goodbye to limiting beliefs, constant negative chatter, and vague inner blockages that you can't seem to put your finger on... let alone get rid of.
This will get you to the bottom of it, and will set you free once and for all:
All the best.
P.S. I always look for authenticity and proof when I learn from someone. This has it all.
If you can afford to wait another while to make the changes in your life that you long for, then keep doing what you're doing.
But if you don't want to waste another second of a life not wholeheartedly LIVED, then drop what you're doing and watch this entire video series NOW:
(For now, it's free for you to watch... and I assure you: it'll be life-changing!)

X-RAY VISION into your OWN subconscious mind... an unconventional way, unlike ANYTHING you've seen...
You've heard all this before...:
* "Every goal you set, you can achieve."
* "Everything you want, you can have."
* "Want a better body, your dream job, more money? You can have it."
* "Want to conquer your fears, succeed in all your endeavors, and create the life you've always wanted for yoruself? You can."
* "Abundance in every way, shape, or form is your natural state. It's not something you work for, but who you ARE."
And yet, there you are reading this... probably still waiting for your big breakthrough.
The simple fact of the matter is:
Despite all the various techniques you may have
tried, your life probably still hasn't taken the
"extraordinary turn for the better" that you're
often led to expect.
And now that you've seen all the 'hype' pass by,
and any potential 'glitz' and 'glamour' have long-
left the building... few things that come out
really quicken your pulse anymore.
Which just leads to suspect:
- Either most 'experts' out there don't really know
what they're talking about...
- The entire industry must be "conspiring to hoodwink
you"...
- OR: there was always just one more line to cross:
You always lacked a well thought-out process to connect
ALL the dots into ONE, clear, and easy-to-understand
picture.
And that's what this is:
Mark my words:
This is NOT yet another one of those "missing secrets"
or some allegedly "well-kept, exclusive inside knowledge"
that's reserved for the "lucky few" only...
** Instead, let's get real for a change: **
I'm talking about a simple, easy-to-grasp, 'overarching'
insight that explains the whole of *YOU* and the type
of life you live with spot-on accuracy, and in a way
that makes you go:
"AHA! NOW I get it! That FINALLY clears things up!"
That's exactly what you'll get when you watch this complimentary series of videos:
Here's what's best:
- For now, they're free for you to watch!
- Also, each of them comes with a truly mind-
blowing PDF-lesson that gives you ADDITIONAL
insights... which I guarantee will FOREVER change
the way you look at life and change the way you
live.
- PLUS, aside from literally "feasting your eyes" on
them, they give you *X-RAY VISION* into your OWN
subconscious mind... in an 'unconventional' way
that's definitely unlike ANYTHING you've seen
before.
- They dig much 'deeper' than usually... in the sense
that they go far *beyond* telling you the blazingly
obvious, like that you need to "get rid of limiting
beliefs," "release negative emotions," and so on.
"Been there, done that..." right?
** INSTEAD: **
- This material gives you NEW insight into the very
*BREEDING GROUND* from which ALL your "limiting
beliefs" and "negative emotions" GROW.
- PLUS it explains how to CLEAN OUT this poisoned
soil... as without doing so, any inner obstacles
you thought you got rid of will always GROW BACK.
But with the new technique and orientation that
you're about to discover here, you can FINALLY break the cycle:
Once you do, you'll see how ALL your limiting beliefs,
inner obstacles, "energetic imbalances", and constant
negative chatter simply *melt away* AS A MATTER OF
COURSE.
And NOT because you've 'beat them down', or 'got rid
of them'... but simply as a *natural by-product* of
dissolving what caused them in the first place.
And with such a 'clean slate', life suddenly
becomes a whole different ballgame!
As I stated at the beginning:
* "Every goal you set, you can achieve."
* "Everything you want, you can have."
* "Want a better body, your dream job, more
money? You can have it."
* "Want to conquer your fears, succeed in all
your endeavors, and create the life you've
always wanted for yoruself? You can."
* "Abundance in every way, shape, or form is
your natural state. It's not something
you work for, but who you ARE."
Because all these things come down to *one and the same*
ability... and as you'll see, it's NOT what you think it is:
(Remember: It's all complimentary!)
There's really *so much more* I could tell you about
this POWERFUL process... But I'll just let you
watch all the videos and read the accompanying
PDF lessons yourself.
Be sure to take notes and apply everything you
learn here - as soon as you possibly can!
It'll light a fire under your ability to actualize
your goals, materialize your dreams, and tap into
the "abundance" that's really there waiting for
you.
I know you still have that fire in you.
So let's "crack your egg", and unleash it!
P.S. This material is literally an island of sanity in an
insane world. In fact, I daresay the "cutting-edge"
has moved. By far the best stuff I've seen in YEARS.
So don't miss the boat on this one:

The Energetics of Creativity: Foaming or Frothing?
In this clip, taken from the Kosmic Creativity Media Collection, Sofia offers a fun and wildly exuberant presentation on the embodied energetics of creativity.
"If you don't understand a word I say, you're getting it!" -Sofia Diaz
Sofia Diaz is one of the world's most treasured (and most beautiful) dakinis—an ever-flowing fountain of spontaneity, creativity, and deeply feminine wisdom. She is the incarnation of energy and movement itself—and therefore the perfect medicine for the sort of disembodied abstraction, hyper-intellectualism, and idle navel-gazing that we often feel as integral practitioners.
Sofia is an exceptionally gifted muse, calling us out of the muck of our own somnolence and inspiring us toward an infinitely more awakened experience of the innate wisdom of our own bodies. She is also a courageous guardian of the sacred, cutting fearlessly through the tensions, anxieties, and stubborn neuroses that keep us separated from our fullest expressions of (and as) the divine.
As a result of this fearlessness, when dealing with uncomfortable moments or unspoken irritations, Sofia is not content to just ignore the unnamed elephant in the room. Instead she will leap on top of the elephant, straddle it, take the reigns, dig in her heels, then crash the damn thing right through the wall—breaking us from of our habituated thoughts and behaviors, while leading us away from self-contraction and self-defeating narratives, and toward a radical freedom of body, mind, heart, and spirit....
It is our very deep honor to present to you one of our most cherished friends, teachers, and healers: the one and only Sofia Diaz.

Have you ever been in a situation where some intense crap is going down yet you choose not to communicate?
By Allana Pratt
Have you ever been in a situation where some intense crap is going down yet you choose not to tell the kids?
Or you hear about something at work and you just don't want to bring negative energy into your relationship so you don't share it?
Or even something so fabulous is unfolding yet to keep it to yourself, to protect its pristine unfolding until it reaches critical mass?
How the hell do YOU make that decision... to tell or not to tell?
And how the hell do you keep it inside without it eating you up?
And when you do decide to share, should you choose to, how do you communicate why you kept it hidden all that time, to your loved ones?
This is where I am.
In the past, my newsletter has been 100% transparent, you know EVERYTHING as it's happening, like a consciousness reality show where you learn as I learn, grow as I grow, feel as I feel, and at times, get triggered as I get triggered.
As a leader in personal growth, it is a fine line between what to share to empower you, and what to withhold so as not to bombard you with more than you're already challenged with, while simultaneously being transparent, accessible and real.
For example, with all that's going down in my life, there's a part of me that wanted to invite you all over to my living room, pour you tea or a glass of wine and lay it on the table till 3 in the morning.
Yet today I'm making another choice. I am doing what I tell you to do...
Sit in the fire, expand and feel.
It's wild what I'm seeing.
A part of me wants to share... being totally honest... with some blame and righteousness, making me look good, seeking your approval and agreement... kind of a mob mentality.
Not choosing that.
And so I as I sit in the fire, feel the burning and expand to hold the whole experience... this process ignites in me the Gift of this circumstance... it awakens a Strength, an Awareness and a Discernment for Right Action, not REaction.
It's awakening in me the next level of my intuition, knowing and perceiving for my highest good.
In another example, there's a part of me that wants to share GOOD news too, yet its mixed with private information.... and so this lesson expands me as well... it's not black or white, all or nothing, I can trust myself to share what feels expansive and light, and let what feels private, pristine, precious and too pure for public consumption at this point... I can hold that in my discerning heart.
In fact don't you do this when first dating, navigate these waters of what to tell and what not to tell?
Have you felt the feeling of holding it all in, and then they say you're not interesting or open...
Or you tell them everything and they say you're too dramatic or complicated...
Or... you do as I'm doing and encouraging you to do... sit in the fire... feel into how each present moment choice will expand or contract the possibility of the relationship... and follow the lighter energy... share what feels light...
So my big lesson is to see that in my commitment to authenticity, transparency and openness, in my practice to be positive, cooperative and supportive...I'd shut off my awareness that some people don't choose the level of integrity I do...
...and because I was unwilling to be aware of that, I set myself up for betrayal. Kind of a kumbaya polyanna denial.
I am so thrilled with this insight for I'm unwilling to be a victim and just couldn't see how I was setting myself up! All I had to do was be willing to face my discomfort, feel it, and all my awareness returned.
Sitting in this has awakened a competency, a judgment free capacity to see things as they are, not as I wish they would be...
...and now I can choose what would further All, a calm discernment that I've never known.
So the good news that I'm gloriously grateful to share is that I'm completely in love. Marigold at the Conscious Life Expo over the weekend said I look 10 years younger.
Listen to the interview with Jill of Spiritual Singles in the Intimate Conversations Series to hear how I found him...
The main take away is that I shifted from 'wanting' him to being the space to HAVING him. "I'm having him" I said to myself, as I wrote my profile.
And now I'm allowing myself to have pleasure, support and joy beyond my old walls of comfort or control... all the while simultaneously having awareness of challenging things (can you feel the expansion in both directions?) and I'm willing to sit in the fire and feel it and act from my highest self.
I'm grateful to be able to share this journey with you.
Deliciously yours,
Allana
p.s. Ask this question every day until next week's newsletter and let me know what unfolds.... "What would it take for me to have total awareness, choice and possibility for a glorious life of ease and deliciousness?"

You're more powerful than you think you are...
40 years ago, a Pittsburgh metal foundry plant manager named Wayne Alderson shot a riveting film called "Miracle of Pittron."
He said,
"People who own and manage companies have huge potential to influence the world for the better. Why aren't they using it?"
I think it's because they don't understand the power they wield.
YOU probably don't understand the power you wield.
You're more powerful than you think you are:
-The mass media is full of psychopaths who broadcast their mentality of
oppression and despair.
You, as an entrepreneur, live in a world of opportunity and cooperation. People do respect you and listen to you, whether you realize it or not. They know you've ventured farther than they have.
-For most people, their $1300 mortgage is a big deal.
You face a $13,000 or $130,000 monthly payroll. You might as well be bench pressing 800 pounds for all they know. But you do it, month in, month out.
-You create a culture for your customers.
In fact your 1 job as CEO is to establish the culture. We talk about "Planet Perry" in a tongue-in-cheek sort of way but I'm dead serious about establishing an atmosphere that is markedly different from the world around you. You can do the same.
-Everyone else is brooding about problems, scandals and financial armageddon.
You shine your spotlight on what people CAN do, what IS possible, the ingenuity that solves our problems.
-Most people devalue human beings and parade the bad examples for all to see.
You can celebrate the good ones. "Do gooder" isn't an insult, it's a compliment.
-You create a culture for your employees and contractors.
You make them feel appreciated. You give 'em the gold star when they come through for you and the good feelings flow outward to their customers, co-workers and families.
-You know something that most people don't know.
There is ALWAYS a way to turn lead into gold. There is ALWAYS an under-valued resource sitting right under your nose, that solves a problem for a person who's standing right next to you, who will pay money for it.
-You know something else most people don't know.
Every second of every day, 10,000 people search the web and a whole bunch of 'em can't find what they're looking for. As long as that's true, there's an opportunity for you.
Stand up, square your shoulders, walk tall. Defy the norm. Challenge the status quo. The hinges of history turn on "ordinary" people who do just that.

Why I Hate Fashion?
On my personal blog, amongst the chatter and occasional rant, I sometimes post pictures of myself before I go out — for errands, for a nice dinner, just sitting around. I enjoy sharing with my readers the different things I wear, and I love seeing pictures of the bloggers I follow. It may be vain, sure, but I certainly don’t think it’s hurting anybody. And last night, before a dinner with friends, I posted a picture of myself wearing a skirt, a light sweater, and an Italian-scarf-and-brooch combination that once belonged to my grandmother. Amongst all of the things I wear, my grandmother’s clothes and jewelry are the most important, the most treasured. I wear them with pride because I love her, I miss her, and she was a beautiful, elegant woman who cared for all of her lovely belongings and passed them down to me. As the oldest of many cousins, and the daughter of her oldest child, some of her most prized possessions went to my family. When I wear them, I feel more beautiful than I do in anything else.
And with the photo, like with any other, came the usual little smattering of comments and questions. Sometimes I ask for an opinion on things, and my readers are honest enough to give me constructive criticism — which I wholly appreciate. But this time, there was no survey, I was simply showing off the scarf and brooch that I was proud and happy to be wearing. I felt beautiful and elegant and like my grandmother would have called me a “young lady.” I shared simply to share. And amongst the responses I got came one that really stopped me in my tracks:
“Please spare us your “#what i wore” posts. Yours are some of the least interesting clothes. They can’t even be justified as retro or conservative, because that can be done without inducing yawns (see Derek Lam Fall 2012, among others). Not saying you need to abide by any sense of trendiness, but just develop some sense of style or quit it with those posts.”
There is something about this seemingly innocuous comment that, to me, represents all that is truly wrong and awful about the concept of “fashion” itself. This comment isn’t outright “mean,” and it’s not insulting me personally or calling me ugly names, but it is undermining any attempt I made to feel beautiful by reminding me — with a succinct dropping of a fashion name I surely can’t relate to — that I am not “stylish.” Even if I look “acceptable” or “good,” I am not “fashionable” by any means. There was some invisible test going on, and I failed it. And this attitude is so pervasive in our culture, especially amongst young people and in big cities. There is this idea that having “taste” and being “stylish” are far, far removed from wearing things that look good on you, or that make you feel good. The competition arises not from making yourself look the best you can, but from having the most knowledgeable and interesting combination of labels and trends possible.
I have made fun of things like The Sartorialist and super-high-end boutiques before here, and I usually do it with a sense of humor and not too much seriousness, but I feel truly hurt by it quite often. When I look at things like street fashion photography, and see the way they consistently eschew the the opportunity to present real people in all shapes and sizes looking beautiful in things that weren’t necessarily expensive or hard-to-find to just show the same thin, beautiful people in designer clothes — I feel even worse about the way we are looking at each other. It is yet another reminder — couched in a genre that tries to present itself as featuring “real” people–that there is pretty, but then there is fashionable, and you should never pretend you are the latter if you are just the former.
Pictures people post of themselves on blogs and personal sites are often in a similar vein. People who take pride in capturing what they wear are often the same kind who abide by “style books,” and Coco Chanel’s rules, and what came down the runway at Paris Fashion Week. They’re beautiful, and always wearing such interesting and fresh clothes–but let’s not forget that that is their interest. It’s their hobby. It’s what they like to do. Just as some of us may like sports or art or movies, they are interested in fashion. In this way, it’s not just an average person demonstrating what they put on in the morning, it’s someone who cultivated and worked on a “look” and are now putting it out there in hopes of approval. It’s wonderful in its own way, but it doesn’t mean that people who aren’t necessarily “into fashion” can’t do the same. And appreciating a girl in a nice new dress she found at H&M is just as simple as appreciating a girl showing off her new Celine bag with a vintage Chanel dress, in perfectly coiffed hair and bold red lipstick. It’s just not the same thing.
When I get dressed in the morning, I do so with the intention of feeling as beautiful as possible. I almost never wear pants, for example, because I feel much more myself and happy in skirts and dresses. Some people might find it strange, or tell me about all the beautiful outfits I am missing out on — and I do love the looks other women put together in pants, don’t get me wrong–but I don’t care. I like looking the way I feel comfortable. Most of my clothes were inexpensive, but I care for the nice things I have and maintain them well — especially the things I’ve inherited. Some days I might go out looking less-than-perfect, but it’s not the end of the world. There is pressure in cities to look good at all times, but I try my best to fight it and remember that I am beautiful as I am. And there is nothing more sad than having an entire industry — and the people who “live by it” — tell me that I am not good enough, that I just missed the mark. I don’t want my life dictated by what is “in season,” and I don’t need to spend half of my monthly disposable income on a new bag. I just want to wear clothes that flatter me, feel beautiful in my own skin, and enjoy my own style.
Fashionable people do wear some incredible, beautiful things, but they shouldn’t have a monopoly on what it means to look good.

Authentic Community Leadership: Step Into Your Full Potential As a Community Leader...
"In the past, I've had my own issues with the guys of AMP, mostly just competition, jealously, and judgment (all my own stuff. :))"
This landed in my inbox from Jayson Gaddis, good friend of mine who shared this in an email to his list this morning. Wow...
I want to share with you what he wrote about the role of Authentic Community in his life, because I just LOVE how he Brings it --
His humility and transparency set the example of the the values of Authentic Relating we're inspired to bring in the world...and demonstrate the power of
Authentic Community...
Here's what he wrote:
------------------
Last week I helped co-create and facilitate an awesome community relationship practice day here in Boulder, CO.
It was a rich day where all of us simply got together under the context of building a more connected, genuine, community.
We helped each other see what was in the way.
A few examples...
One couple (no longer dating) asked for help clearing a complicated break up and got support from 10 of us on how to be in the same community
with lingering resentments and attraction. Tears, vulnerability and awesome witnessing and holding as they went through it.
In another circle, a woman asked for help clearing some resentment and anger with a former lover. He agreed to sit, listen, and do his best to get her
experience. It was dicey, turbulent, and ultimately began the healing process for both of them.
There were several other VERY healing, empowering circles where folks got support around what they wanted and who they wanted to be close to or
speak truth to.
We will be doing this community practice day again in late November. But before that, my good friend Decker at Authentic World asked if I wanted to help facilitate their Authentic Community Leadership course here in Boulder.
It's a similar vibe-- co-creating the kind of community we want and empowering the key leaders to make it happen.
In the past, I've had my own issues with the guys of AMP, mostly just competition, jealously, and judgment (all my own stuff. :))
Now I feel clean and clear with Decker and in support of his amazing vision of authentic community and leadership.
It feels really good to be a full, sincere YES.
I'm actually amazed at the ripple effect of the Authentic World folks and what they've created.
They are inspiring a new way to be in community together.
The way I understand this weekend event is that it's for up-and-coming community leaders.
Men and women who want to be paving the way for authentic, real connections in their communities.
Folks that can facilitate an appreciation circle at a wedding or birthday party.
Folks that long for more real, raw connections.
Here's the link to register and it's coming up in just a couple of weeks.
I look forward to seeing you there, or evolving this conversation about real community practice.
Here's the link: Authentic Community Leadership
respect, Jayson
